Planning your grounds maintenance.

Who does ProTrim maintain grounds for?: We work with commercial property owners, schools and body corporate managers in Christchurch, and welcome council and subcontract enquiries for parks, reserves, berms and roadside verges.
What can a grounds maintenance contract include?: Amenity mowing, lawn edging, hedge maintenance and weed control can be included in an agreed site scope. We discuss mowing areas, cutting heights, frequency, site hazards and access during a site walkthrough. Roadside scopes also address traffic management and road access requirements before work begins.
Can work be planned around school hours and site users?: Work windows and access controls are agreed around the way each site is used. The plan considers students, staff, visitors and other contractors, alongside the hazards of the work being carried out.
How are safety and service reporting handled?: ProTrim holds SiteWise Gold for 2026/27, recognising a score of 90% or above in the annual assessment of our health and safety systems. Site-specific hazards, work methods and reporting requirements form part of planning. We agree which service records, treatment records and exception reports your property team needs before work begins.
Who will our property team deal with?: Isaac is your direct contact for the walkthrough, scope and ongoing communication. Changes to access, priorities or the work required can be discussed directly with him.
Can we invite ProTrim to quote or tender?: Yes. Share the site locations, required services, expected start date and response deadline. Include a tender document or procurement portal link if available. Early discussions are welcome while the requirements are still being developed.
