We map out what your property needs across the year, turn it into a year round maintenance plan, then spread the cost into one fixed monthly fee on a no fixed term, month to month agreement.
Site visit & property walk-through
We visit your property, look at the lawn, hedges, gardens, access and more. Homes, body corporates and commercial sites are all welcome.
You can point out any trouble spots, noise/time restrictions or H&S requirements.
Build your year-round service plan
We work out how often mowing, hedges, spraying and seasonal tidy ups should happen across the year, then bundle it into one clear maintenance plan. You’ll see what’s included, how often we’ll be there, and the standard we’ll maintain.
We can adjust the mix of services to suit your budget, property type and presentation standards.
Fixed monthly billing, no fixed term
The total yearly workload is turned into one even monthly amount, so you pay the same price every month instead of big spikes in the growing season. It’s a month to month service agreement – no fixed term, cancel anytime with notice.
